WSA has developed a customizable Digital Twin 3D simulation program which can be applied to any WSA Full Plant Conveyor Layout. The 3D simulation module will show how a given layout handles a specific order mix and specific run conditions in live streaming mode. The system includes configurable data points to show how changes in conditions effect the overall system performance and efficiency. This might include upgrading to a higher speed corrugator, adding a new high speed converting line, or adding a new Pallet Inserter etc. This allows us to reliably validate our layouts and recommend the best overall solution.
