How We Help

The WSA-USA strapper control system makes strapping with either single or tandem using the industry leading strappers easy by incorporating smart controls to save time and money by having the strapper operate in either semi-automatic mode or fully automatic mode depending on if the WSA-USA iFAS system has been purchased.

WSA-USA is able to strap units by visual touch on the HMI screen and measuring the load’s width and length as it enters the strapper. If a barcode on the load tag has been created to have the strapper configuration and compression settings incorporated it can be scanned prior to entering the strapper and do the required process. Finally, if iFAS has been purchased from WSA-USA it is able to send all of the strapping information to the load as it enters the strapper with our reliable pocket tracking.
